At 8club, we're building more than just a platform. We're cultivating an environment where safety and exclusivity come together. Whether you're a seeker, host, or venue partner, we believe every user deserves to feel secure, respected, and valued.

Our SafeSpaces initiative is designed to protect that belief. We're setting a new standard for safety in the events ecosystem by prioritising care, responsiveness, and community accountability at every step.

While advanced features like an SOS button are in development, we currently offer a SafeSpaces support tab in-app and a dedicated email channel at safety@8club.co for users to quickly reach out if they feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or need assistance before, during, or after any event.

Zero Tolerance, Full Accountability


No Misconduct Allowed

Any form of harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or misconduct will not be tolerated. Offenders are subject to temporary bans or immediate removal and permanent bans from the platform depending on the severity of the situation matter.


Venue Compliance

Every venue must agree to our safety SOPs before hosting any event. We require on-ground safety commitments such as trained bouncers, clear incident reporting channels, and event-end safety summaries.

Trained Security at Events

Party-based venues are required to have verified security personnel, with team size adjusted according to expected guest numbers. These professionals are trained to spot and handle misconduct early.


In-App Support Tab

If something doesn't feel right, open the SafeSpaces tab in the app to contact our safety team directly. You can report incidents discreetly and request follow-up support.


SafeSpaces Email

For safety concerns that need more detailed attention or post-event feedback, email us at safety@8club.co. Every case is reviewed by our team with full confidentiality and seriousness.


Venue Staff Training

All non-party-based venue partners are required to designate trained safety personnel and are briefed on guest conduct protocols, creating a consistent standard of safety across all event types.


Reporting Framework

Problematic users—those who misbehave, harass, or make others uncomfortable—can and should be flagged via the app. Our systems are built to track repeat offenders and take swift action against them.

A: All venues must sign a compliance agreement with outlining our safety protocols. Trained staff or bouncers must be present at all events, and a post-event safety report is mandatory.


Q: Can I report someone even after the event is over?
A: Yes. You can report any incidents after or during the event through the in-app report/block feature or via the SafeSpaces tab or email. We review all cases, follow up as needed, and take action where appropriate.


Q: Is my identity protected if I report an incident?
A: Absolutely. All reports are treated with complete confidential. We will never disclose your identity without your explicit permission.
