The Role
You'll be the analytical engine behind 8club's product decisions — building reports, running experiments, and helping the PM and engineering team understand what's working and what's not.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain product dashboards across activation, engagement, and retention
Conduct funnel analysis and identify drop-off points in core user journeys
Design and analyse A/B tests — from setup to statistical significance to recommendation
Work with engineering to ensure events are instrumented correctly
Synthesise qualitative and quantitative signals into coherent product narratives
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of product analytics or data analytics experience
Strong SQL and comfort with at least one product analytics tool
Ability to clearly present data findings to non-technical stakeholders
Structured thinking — you frame problems before jumping to queries
Bonus Points
Experience at a consumer social or mobile-first product
Basic Python or R for analysis beyond SQL
