The Role
You'll run the day-to-day operations of 8club's workspace — ensuring the team has everything they need to do their best work. From vendor management and office logistics to team rituals and events.
Why This Role Matters
As 8club grows to 25–35 people, the founders can no longer manage workspace operations. Someone needs to own this so the team focuses on building the product, not chasing invoices and fixing the internet.
What You'll Do
Own all workplace operations: office management, vendor relationships, equipment procurement, and daily logistics
Manage workspace budgets and negotiate with service providers for the best terms
Organise team events, offsites, and culture rituals
Coordinate with HR on onboarding logistics for new hires
Resolve operational issues quickly — internet, hardware, seating, food, you name it
Maintain a workspace environment that reflects 8club's culture and energy
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of office management or operations experience
Highly organised and proactive — you fix things before they become problems
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Warm, positive energy — you set the tone for the physical culture of the team
Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
