The Role
You'll grow and deepen 8club's relationships with the venues that power the going-out experience — from boutique bars and rooftop restaurants to large-scale clubs and experiential spaces.

Every event on 8club starts with a venue. The quality, variety, and reliability of our venue partners defines what's possible for our users. You own that supply chain.
What You'll Do
Identify and onboard premium venues across 8club's active cities
Negotiate partnership terms, revenue shares, and exclusivity arrangements
Maintain ongoing relationships with venue managers, owners, and event leads
Ensure venues are briefed, equipped, and motivated to deliver great 8club events
Collect and act on post-event feedback from venue partners
Build a pipeline of aspirational venue partnerships that elevate the 8club brand
What We're Looking For
2–4 years in partnerships, account management, or hospitality
Network in India's urban venue and nightlife ecosystem
Strong negotiation skills and comfort working within commercial frameworks
Highly organised — managing multiple venue relationships simultaneously without dropping balls
Bonus Points
Prior experience at a hospitality group, event platform, or food-tech company
Understanding of how venues think about profitability, yield, and footfall
