The Role

As a Host Relationship Analyst, you'll work closely with the people who bring 8club to life, our hosts and co-hosts (experience creators). You'll be responsible for helping them create successful hotspots, build thriving communities, and have the best possible experience on the platform.

Hosts are the backbone of the 8club ecosystem. Every successful hotspot creates new connections, new communities, and inspires others to host. Your role is to empower hosts to succeed and ensure every experience contributes to the growth of the platform.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture relationships with hosts and co-hosts (experience creators).

• Guide new hosts through onboarding and help them launch successful hotspots using the 8club playbook.

• Analyse host performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.

• Provide ongoing support and act as the primary point of contact for hosts.

• Gather feedback from the community and work with internal teams to improve the hosting experience.

• Identify high-potential hosts and help them grow their communities on the platform.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Naturally curious and proactive problem solver.

• Comfortable working with data and identifying patterns.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Passion for building communities and creating memorable real-world experiences.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of work experience are encouraged to apply.
