The Role
You are the face of 8club in your city. You own venue relationships, drive event supply, build the local ecosystem, and ensure 8club's going-out experience in your city is world-class.

8club's product experience is only as good as the events and venues on it. In each city, one person needs to own the supply side completely. That person is you.
What You'll Do
Build and manage relationships with venues, event organisers, promoters, and hospitality groups in your city
Onboard new venues and ensure they're set up to run 8club events effectively
Coordinate event launches — logistics, guest lists, host briefings, and post-event feedback
Monitor and improve event quality metrics: fill rates, ratings, and repeat attendance
Identify city-specific trends and feed back to product and marketing teams
Represent 8club at industry events, networking nights, and partner gatherings
Work toward city-level revenue and supply targets agreed with the business team
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in business development, account management, or events
Existing network in your city's F&B, nightlife, or entertainment ecosystem
Strong relationship skills — you can build trust quickly and maintain it over time
Self-directed and comfortable owning a geography with minimal oversight
Hustle mentality — you figure things out, you don't wait for a playbook
Bonus Points
Prior work at a hospitality group, events company, or marketplace platform
Fluency in the local language beyond English
City-specific network in premium venues (nightclubs, rooftop bars, restaurants)
