The Role
You'll own paid distribution at 8club — managing Meta, Google, and emerging ad channels to drive user acquisition at efficient ROAS. You're data-obsessed, fast to test, and never satisfied with the current performance.
Why This Role Matters
8club's organic content is strong. But scaling to 4M users requires a paid acquisition engine that can amplify what works and kill what doesn't — fast. You build and run that engine.
What You'll Do
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels
Own ROAS targets and CAC benchmarks — report on them weekly
Set up proper attribution and work with the data analyst to close the measurement loop
Run structured creative testing — generate hypotheses, test at scale, kill losers fast
Manage ad budgets and forecast spend efficiency for growth targets
Work closely with the creative team to brief and prioritise performance creatives
Stay current on platform algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
What We're Looking For
3+ years in performance marketing with direct budget ownership (₹50L+ managed)
Deep expertise in Meta Ads — campaign structures, audience building, creative strategy
Strong analytical skills — you live in the Ads Manager and attribution dashboards
Understanding of consumer psychology as it applies to ad creative and copy
You've scaled an app or consumer product through paid channels
Bonus Points
Experience with influencer-paid hybrid campaigns
Knowledge of App Store Optimisation (ASO)
Prior work in nightlife, events, or lifestyle verticals
