What You'll Do
Develop and own 8club's content strategy across all social platforms, primarily Instagram
Brief designers, copywriters, and video creators with clear creative direction
Identify emerging cultural trends and translate them into relevant 8club content angles
Lead concept development for campaigns, IPs, and seasonal moments
Analyse content performance and iterate strategy based on engagement and reach data
Collaborate with the performance marketer to ensure organic content strategy supports paid distribution
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in content strategy or brand at a consumer brand or agency
You understand what makes Instagram content work — and why most of it doesn't
Strong brief-writing skills — your creative briefs actually inspire creative teams
Deep cultural awareness: music, fashion, nightlife, food, and youth culture in India
Data-literate — you track performance and change strategy when needed
Bonus Points
Experience building viral campaigns or social IPs from scratch
Prior work with lifestyle, entertainment, or youth brands
Video content strategy experience (Reels, YouTube Shorts)
AI & Tools We Use
Notion / Frame.io for content planning and briefing
Later / Buffer for scheduling
Claude / ChatGPT for concept brainstorming
Brandwatch for trend and competitor monitoring
