The Role
You'll unlock brand revenue for 8club by connecting our audience and IPs with brands that want to reach young India in authentic, experience-led ways. This is a relationship-heavy, deal-making role.
Why This Role Matters
8club's IPs — 10s Only Szn, white pool parties, fake weddings — have reached hundreds of millions. Brands want in. You are the person who converts that cultural reach into revenue without compromising what makes 8club special.
What You'll Do
Identify, pitch, and close brand partnership deals aligned with 8club's audience and events
Build a pipeline of brand clients across FMCG, fashion, beverages, fintech, and lifestyle sectors
Develop partnership proposals and decks that translate 8club's audience reach into media value
Manage relationships post-close — ensure brands get value, renew, and refer
Work with the creative and events team to integrate brand activations authentically
Track partnership revenue, renewal rates, and deal pipeline against targets
Explore new IP formats that have built-in brand monetisation potential
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or media sales experience
Existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at consumer brands
Strong presentation and negotiation skills — you can close a deal and protect the relationship
Understanding of branded content, event sponsorship, and influencer marketing economics
You understand 8club's audience deeply — you've probably been to events like this
Bonus Points
Prior experience in events, media, or entertainment industry
Network in India's nightlife or F&B ecosystem
Comfort building in-house IP and content formats
